Pitcher change affects bet already placed?
I had an action bet on STL at -125 this morning with Lohse pitching. Now STL changed pitcher and the juice changed to +100. Does anyone know if the book will adjust the juice on my action bet?
Thanks in advance for any comments.

Since it was an action wager you will get the line after the pitching change. If you picked listed pitchers your wager would have been cancled.
