Polanco a Phillie
Nice move by the Phils to pick up a true number 2 hitter who barely strikes out in Placido Polanco. He will play 3rd in place lof Feliz who I liked alot due to his excellent glove but his plate appearances left alot to be desired. Polanco will be fine at third and gives the Phils a nice shift in the order putting Victorino at 7 after Ibanez.

Polanco is a very solid player, but this move makes no sense. Shoulda jut kept Feliz if we weren't gonna get Beltre

I care , i also liked Feliz, they maybe sholud had kept him. But P.P IS a player who does hit a little better . We will see ,,, who gonna be the new pitcher they will get?

hes a 2 hole hitter not a 7 hole hitter.....hes useless if they dont bat him 2, seriously.....unless rollins is dropping to 7th, this move is kinda dumb. all they talked about was getting more power at 3rd base and they do this, feliz is a way better fielder with a way better arm.

I like the move. This cuts back the percentage of strikeouts and allows victorino to swing freely in the 7 hole which is what he does. I always liked Pedro but it is basically the same price as Feliz with a guy who will get on base in the 2 hole and gaining a good 7hole hitter. Polancos arm is not that bad.
