question about overs and unders

If a game gets callled at the 8th due to rain and you got a side and over under do you still cash if your on the right side? Or do they cancel it as a push?

The game has to go the full 9 innings for an over under or a runline to count (8.5 innings if the home teams is winning)

Lets say that same game was in the 10th inning and you had an under and it was 2-2. It would be graded a win.

all totals plays must go 8.5 innings. If the game doesn't go that long, the totals play is cancelled. The side play of course still gets graded.
