Really would like some input/advice on these Prop Plays still available

I want to bet on these two props but feel like I'm walking into a trap:

Philly over 97 wins +110 (85 wins as of 8/30)

Yankees over 92 wins +110 (81 wins as of 8/30)

These bets are still available on my online betting account and I feel like they are great bets. I'm trying to wait as long as possible to make them but with 30+ games left for both teams and only about 12 wins necessary for both teams I'm getting anxious. Would love any and everyones thoughts/advice. THANKS!!

wow, bet the FARM on that phillies over .. they still have 31 games left to play!!!

i would also think the yanks over should cash, but a lot more risk there, as they end the season with rays/red sox/rays ... could be tricky, and they wont really need to win, since they will already have made the playoffs.

I feel like its a TRAP!! Phillies already dont really have much to play for, that is what worries me also. 13 wins in 31 games with 5 vs Marlins, 3 vs Mets....Feels like its too good to be true????
