Replay in Baseball?

Yes/no

After seeing a couple of blown calls already this postseason, should MLB institute it?

They have to be able to get calls right. No balls and strikes but anything else should be challenged / reviewed

Yes... but postseason only... that blown call last night might have cost atlanta the series.... so important to get these calls right.

Yes......Its never wrong to get it right........All season long, but only in the last 3 innings and only for Fair or Foul and Safe or Out. Blown calls in the early innings can be played over.

nope, like the human error aspect.

Where do you draw the line? Soon you can challenge balls and strikes. What about special situations like the Galarraga Perfect Game in the regular season?

Baseball Games are already long enough. I don't even like the instant replay we have now

I think that any play in the field of play should be reviewed...fair/foul, HR's and plays on the base pads

Any ball/strike, hit batsman, or check swing would be non reviewable

It wouldnt slow the game down to have a 5th ump in the box incharge if instant replay. And the end goal should be to get it right. Baseball should even go as far as taking balls and strikes away from the umpire and use an automatic system like in tennis. Im not sure how far along that technology is but if its possible why wouldnt you want to get the call right.

the issue always winds up being that it will make the game to long. Yet why there isn;t a 5th ump in a booth watching the game, if he can't tell in the minutes before the next pitch then the play obviously isnt a major error.

The problem become then like its turned into in the NFL, every time the review gets called up, the ump has to go over to the booth, he has to watch the play, etc. While the actual process may take about 2 minutes for someone to say, 'no that wasn't a fumble, ball should be at the 30'. instead the whole process winds up taking 15 minutes.

Everything outside balls and strikes should be reviewable, but managers should only get 1 challenge which they keep as long as they don't challenge incorrectly. This would limit it to the really big plays and ensure game slowdown is minimal.
