See Ya, Milton Bradley.......

CUBS ACQUIRE SILVA FROM THE MARINERS
The Chicago Cubs acquired right-hander Carlos Silva and cash from the Mariners on Friday in exchange for outfielder Milton Bradley. Silva, who has two years and $25 million left on his four-year deal, was 4-15 in 28 starts in 2008 and 1-3 with a 8.60 ERA in eight games (six starts) last season. Silva was 47-45 for the Minnesota Twins before joining Seattle.

Bradley, who has two years and $21 million remaining on his deal, batted .257 with 12 homers and 40 RBIs for the Cubs this season.

I dont know what's worse:

4-15 in 28 starts in 2008 and 1-3 with a 8.60 ERA in eight games (six starts) last season.

OR

.257 with 12 homers and 40 RBIs

that's an easy choice, the hitter - the tough question is this :

4-15 in 28 starts in 2008 and 1-3 with a 8.60 ERA in eight games (six starts) last season.

OR

.257 with 12 homers, 40 RBIs and Milton Bradley's attitude in the clubhose

shows you how much of a cancer Bradley was. I'd rather have Carlos Santana before Carlos Silva !!

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Wow, they say there are suckers born every minute.

The Seattle GM has got to be one of the biggest dumbasses in baseball.

When Cubs management told the players at the end of last year that Bradley was suspended the entire team applauded.

It doesn't matter who the Cubs would have gotten for Bradley, they had to get rid of this guy.

If I were the new Cubs owners I would still fire Hendry for signing this asswipe last year. Any GM who thinks this guy will help their team has no biz being a GM.

I feel for the fans of Seattle, they do not deserve this.

He keeps b ecause he earned it when he laid one of the biggest bums ever on the Dodgers, with a big salary

His daddy was okm but the kid sucked

Hundley

But, he should and will go, but not this year.

All efforts are being put forth so Ozzie doesn't have to walk thru piss in his office when he comes to Wrigley
