The Braves will start Tommy Hanson who struggled one the mound against the Nationals on Saturday, taking the loss after allowing three earned runs on five hits and two walks with one strikeout. Hanson is 0-1 with a 7.36 era. Meanwhile the Brewers start Shawn Marcum who is 0-1 with a 5.79 era this regular season. Hanson, who I feel is a strong contender as one of the leagues top 5 pitchers, dominated the Brewers in Milwaukee last year going 8 innings, allowing only 4 hits and striking out 8. The Braves bats will come around today and Marcum will struggle early while Hanson is on key.
