THE Sports PROFIT...MLB playoffs Thursday

Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen:

A nice Monday Night Football cash in of 2 units of PROFIT for us as Minnesota/Green Bay went OVER 45 for us and that's where we stand on the week after last week's small PROFIT of .75 of a unit from Minnesota getting it done on the final day of baseball to cash in a winner for us on the runline to turn the PROFIT on Sunday.

take: Colorado Rockies/Philadelphia Phillies OVER 8.5 -115....1 unit....game time is 2:35 p.m e.s.t....Listed Pitchers: Aaron Cook and Cole Hamels. Philly jumped out to a 1-0 series lead by swinging the better bats yesterday, now Colorado has to step up today to try and even this series. They are an underdog in this one but the OVER is the play here as both pitchers have struggled vs their opponents. Cook's last 3 starts vs Philly have resulted in losses, and while not all his fault, he did allow 11 runs in 17 innings. He is on the road today and pitching in the daytime and that isn't necessarily a good thing for this guy. He has a 4.28 ERA on the road and a 4.82 ERA during the day and has just come back from an injury. Now he had two strong starts in his return, allowing only 1 run in 13 innings pitched, but he caught St Louis while slumping and faced Milwaukee's lineup with rookies and minorleaguers filling in at the end of the year. Today is a different story facing the Phillies who got to Colorado's ace in the 4th inning yesterday and kept chipping away. They will get theirs again today off of Colorado. However, Colorado faces Cole Hamels who they already pummelled in a 10-3 win early in the year, and this guy has struggled down the stretch with a 7.02 ERA in his last 3, with an average of 6.3 runs against in those starts. He also doesn't like daytime pitching as he is 0-6 with a 5.44 ERA this year pitching before sundown.Think the over is in play today as neither pitcher looks to be a shutdown option today. Play the OVER 8.5 for 1 unit.

cheers, PROFIT
