st louis cards vs chicago Friday

Kinda a weird circumstance for me tomorrow, my best friend (P.J Walters)called me earlier today and told me he got called up to the big leagues and he was gonna be starting Friday against Chicago in Wrigley.....I laughed my ass off and told him he was nuts, come to find out he was telling me the truth, although he is a great pitcher, he will get his bell rung tomorrow and the fact he is facing the ace of the Cubs in Zambrano, I really feel sorry for him, he doesnt throw hard (85-88 mph 2 seam fb) but has a slider and circle change that can be sick when he is on, he has had tons of success in the minors, but struggled a little in the AAA last year going 9-4 and an ERA of over 4, I dont like to lay the juice but kinda hard knowing have hit the piss outta the guy my entire life, so you figure that the big leaguers would clobber him......gl with whatever you play, but just wanted to give you some info on him, if you were wondering what kinda stuff he has.....later guys

definately a good play, I see know way he doesnt give up at least 5-6 runs although he prolly wont last that long and with the hot bats of st louis, i think 10 or under is a great number....prolly tail ya on that one

he is almost an identical pitcher as Justin Masterson IMO and we both know how bad he struggled when he came up for the first time as a starter, he was telling me they were gonna bring him up around may and send him to the bullpen to be a setup guy which is the best opportunity he could ask for, but carpenter getting hurt kinda ruined all that

solid first start considering the circumstances, I thought the cubs were gonna fuk me, I'll be looking forward to see when he makes his next start, but overall a decent outing
