Tampa Bay Rays

5 games back of sox in loss column. Still face them 6 times in next 8 games. They've held Sox to a total of 8 runs in last 8 games. TB pitching just threw its 3rd CG this week (with an off day Thursday). Anyone think they have a chance of catching Boston? Still a tall order, but I'd love to see it happen

I would not as I'm a huge Sox fan, but the Sox are in trouble. Too many pitching injuries and team has gone cold lately. Stumbling at the wrong time of the year.

I wonder how long Youk will be out.

When you line up the 3 Starting Rotations: NYY, BOS & TB...and you had 19 games to play...which one would you want to stand behind?

Rays play 10 of their next 13 games against Bos & NY...as the old saying goes...its now or never...

OH and by the way...the Rays have held Bos to 15 hits over the past 4 games total...

If the Rays get ANY Offense then this is gonna be an EPIC September!!!
