Not sure about this one. Total 11 games lower than last year win total. They signed Damon & Manny but not sure what that will do. Pitching down a notch. Lean under

I like the over. The starting pitching is about as good as last year's and I don't think the offense is going to suffer greatly (losing Crawford hurts, but replacing Pena's numbers isn't going to be quite that tough). I don't think the bullpen has regressed so badly as to drop 10 games.
