Thursday - Cincy/Philly - What to make of it?

These teams have played two games tonight - were going on to the 18th inning as I type this .. and it is now 12:45am in Philadelphia.

These teams are scheduled to play at 1:05pm (approximately 12 hours from now) with Cliff Lee and Homer Bailey on the mound, both who are having great seasons.

Now, both these bullpens have been taxed today pitching a combined 20 innings, so far.

Basically I am wondering how this late night drama will effect tomorrows games? I know both starting pitchers will be expected to stay in the game longer, does this mean that they'll give up more fast balls in the strike zone - rather than trying to work around pitchers? Will this late night match-up affect both Cliff Lee and Homer Bailey as well - messing up their patterns? I also expect a few players to be given off the day to rest.

The line for tomorrows game is:

Cincinnati Reds at Philadelphia Phillies

901 Cincinnati Reds H Bailey - R +1˝ -165 +143 o7 -125
902 Philadelphia Phillies C Lee - L -1˝ +145 -153 u7 +105

Thinking of making a value bet tonight - in hopes the lines will change tomorrow morning? What to do fellas?

LAA/Boston was in a similar situation at the beginning of the month. LAA ended up pounding them.

Hmm - i'm going to look back to other results too. Did both teams have Elite pitchers starting though? Which team was at home?

Feels like I am watching cricket for **** sakes. Cannot complain though.
