Tim Hudson
Always respected the guy as a pitcher, never been a fan or hater but love the move I saw him pull just now
He gets a perfect double play ball and wilson boots it, allowing the phillies to score and chasing hudson from the game. Obviously dissapointed as hes walking off the mound Wilson (the ss) hasnt fully reached the mound yet and he waits a second and turns back around to wilson and kinda gives him the "its alright, atta boy go get em" look as he gives him a thumbs up or something. Just love seeing a guy pick up his teammate in a spot like that where a lot of pitchers mighta still been fuming over the error. Not that I ever thought he wasnt, but after seeing this Tim Hudson is a real "team guy" imo and someone I'd want on my team. Maybe this was nothing at all, but I enjoyed seeing it

agreed with this. was a very nice move.
i actually didnt think it was that 'routine' though ... that ball was SMOKED at wilson ... woulda been a hell of a snag IMO. but i guess these are major leaguers, so they need to make the play |
