Verlander named MVP
Cy Young winner Justin Verlander of Detroit Tigers also wins AL MVP - ESPN
I'm not gonna lie. They ****ed this up big time. A guy who plays once every 5 days shouldn't be MVP. Pitchers have their own award. My respect for baseball just dropped significantly.

Miguel Cabrera 5th, a travesty
he had a very nice ERA+ this year, probably about 30 pitchers have had greater seasons since 1990 in new age of sabermetrics one would think mistakes like these wouldn't be made anymore
