When did Homer Bailey become Roy Halladay ??

Cinci - 240 with homer bailey ?? Lmao !!!

Im laying off this game , but linemakers are either

1) begging you to take pitt

2) know squares are gonna chase cinci because they are coming back home after dropping 5 in a row and want to punish them or scare them off

i would be all over cinci if this line was -240 and say cinci went 3-3 in their last 6 games

but i know there are ppl who are gonna be chasing cinci so im gonna lay off

regardless this may be the most fuked up line of the year

It's more about Pitt is terrible and so is Maholm. Stras was -200 against Pitt in his debut and Wash was in last place in the NL East at the time.

This is what you get in September, middle tier pitchers laying large numbers to shit teams. But Bailey hasn't been that bad this year. I wouldn't lay 240 tho

-85 would have been a fair line...we are talking Homer Bailey here

Cinci has been -200 favs three times this year

Twice with Mike Leake in May and June when he was on fire against Wellemeyer and Paulino

and once with Wood when they were facing the cubs and Coleman

In all three instances the teams they were facing were on real bad losing streaks

Think about it ...Arroyo , Cueto , Volquez havent been -200 all year... and Homer fuking Bailey is - 240 ??

Again... im not saying Pitt is the play... Im not touching the game.. its just the line is laughable

If you are making the line -185 than you would have to play Pitt. I haven't bothered with bases lately but let me go figure out a line real quick for this game

Cin -205. Not enough value in either side for me. Line is prob shaded a little bit since who can really bet Pitt on the road here?

its that 'september' baseball line where the teams in the hunt for division/WC get jacked up a couple extra bucks since everyone thinks they 'must' win to make the playoffs. i feel like it happens every year. and i agree, its BS

They get kinda worthless because he moves the line so much and so fast. Lots of books won't even put up totals until gameday because of him. One of my off forum friends stumbles on them somehow, never really asked where he gets them. They are still nice to have around though. I don't blindly tail him but if he's on a game and i was leaning that way I'll usually take it, or I'll back off if we are opposites

the line sticks out beacause it is 240 damn 190 to 240 is huge in our minds.Homer is a Holliday against the pirates he has given up 2 runs in the last 3 games against them. With that being said big favs have not done very well so far!The yanks Vs Balt, Sabathia 350 fav balt cant hit him and the balt pitcher allows lefties to hit 320 off of him, yanks start every hitter was a lefty. The perfect storm right? No the yanks get spanked so its tough to lay big money consistently.SHIT HAPPENS
