what do u see in Billingsley sundance? I agree with ur list but would prob put Haren in before him out of the NL West

This is Billingsly breakout year he' a horse if keeps his walks down he could very easy be a top 5 pitcher. Haren has a lot of innings under his belt last 3 years could be a good burnout candidate.
