Who would be best story for winning World Series?

Detroit Tigers - This city needs it and it would be good to see help the moral. Leyland is a likeable manager and who the hell wouldn't want to go out drinking with Miguel Cabrera?

Texas Rangers - Texas was close last year. Nolan Ryan great baseball guy!

St. Louis Cardinals - Team of destiny. Mark McGwire! Huge baseball city!

Milwaukee Brewers - Milwaukee small market team, went for it though! Maybe it would allow them to keep prince!

What's best story?

Who you want to win the World Series?

Who will win the World Series?

I would like to see the Brewers win it all. Might not have that chance again when Fielder leaves. Lot of likable guys on the teams. Although who really wants to face the Cardinals at this point.

Tigers would be great with a dominate pitcher leading the charge.

Rangers have some great guys as well

I would love to see Tigers vs Brewers

For a lot of reasons

most of all

Small market vs anyone.... Tigers have old school manager and gritty team...crazy city ..nutty fans...

Brewers big stars will be gone soon and giving this small market team a chance at history = priceless

I'd like to think we'll see two teams of destiny imo.. Tigers/Cardinals...
My choice of best story for winning World Series would have to be the Cardinals..As it stands right now, neither of these teams are favoured to win the series... so we shall see

Texas will always have me wondering if these guys are for real until they actually get to the big stage and again, can they win it all?

Cardinals win the WS without Wainwright on Pujols' contract year would be huge.
Milwaukee wins first WS as the Brewers would be cool.
Texas would also win their first.
Verlander would be the first pitcher in American League history to win ERA, K's, Wins and world series crown if Tigers win.

Lots of interest in the final pairings, glad it does not involve NYY, boston, philly

I'm pulling for Milwaukee. Always been a good baseball town, they deserve one. (I Would love to hear Uecker announce the final out of the World Series clincher)
