Question Who's the American League MVP?

Can't remember so many being in the running!

Will Verlander get some votes?

Will Gonzales and Ellsbury take votes from each other?

Thoughts?

1. Verlander
2. Granderson
3. Adrian Gonz

Michael Young & Bautista will steal some top 5 votes as well. Ellsbury, Pedroia and Gonzo will steal from each other also. If it goes to a hitter it will be Granderson unless Texeira or Cano just go crazy for the last few weeks.

Tigers w/o Verlander this year are a .500 team at best. He is going to win the pitching triple crown (ERA, W's & KO) and probably the odds on favorite for the Cy Young and MVP at this point and this isn't homerism on my part.....I've heard many potential voters actually comment on this and they said they will go Verlander if the season ended today.

Verlander
Gonzo

Granderson doesn't deserve any votes. He plays in the smallest stadium ever made. I think the little league WS has a bigger stadium. I'm a huge Granderson fan too. The Tigers are my team and I loved him when he was here.

Pitchers get the Cy Young

Everyday players-MVP

In my opinion.

Verlander has impacted more plate appearances than any everyday player.
