Going the other way tonight....

SF/Tex Under 8.5 -110 Lots of runs in the 1st two games, and many will think that Texas will be even better for runs than SF, especially with the DH, but I think it's time to switch it up. As I stated in writeups for the other games, SF hits lefties well, but they get a righty for the 1st time this series. Similarly, Texas gets their 1st lefty, but their team numbers drop against lefties the way SF's do against righties. Both of these pitchers are strikeout guys with more than 200 each this year. Sanchez has a 2.94 ERA and 1.044 WHIP in the playoffs with 19 Ks in 15 innings and just 6 BBs. Lewis has a 1.45 ERA and 1.178 WHIP in the playoffs with 18 Ks in 18 innings. Both guys go deep in games, and Lewis even had two CGs against NYY. Neither has faced tonight's opponent ever, and as we all know, the advantage goes to the pitcher in that situation. Aubrey Huff is 2-for-4 against Lewis, and Jeff Francoeur is 2-for-14 against Sanchez because he was in the NL, but that's as good as it gets for batter v. pitcher experience tonight. Tremendous under ump and wind conditions for tonight's game as well. Check out the ump thread.
