Worst Staff Ever?

10 team points league. I went like all hitting for the 1st 10 rounds because unless you have one of the top 10 pitchers, pitching isn't all that important, more of an emphasis on big time aces who get cgshos and alot of k's. closers are more valuable than most pitchers

wandy
baker
piniero
dempster
hudson

I have a potential steal with Hudson but other than that I'm hurting. I have 6 closers tho to trade.

my lineup is kind of a big deal tho

victor
Tex
phillips
drew
youk
ichiro
bossman junior
bay
miggy

6 closers? unless its mariano, papelbon, broxton and 3 others.... that's a horrific draft strategy

I like Wandy Rodriguez and there are always some so-so pitchers that turn out to have a big season. I always believe a league is not won on draft day. It's the day to day pick-ups that count the most. Always keep your Eyes open for those hidden gems.
BOL with your season!!!

your lineup is good but I have lineups very similar to yours but with 3 big time starters and 2 top 10 closers as well. must be a custom league full of novice fantasy players.

y. molina, pujols, jose lopez, m. reynolds, j. rollins, c. crawford, m. ramirez, j. heyward, v. guerrero, t. helton bench: m. tejada, m. diaz, c. beltran, p. polanco

that lineup could hang with yours and I have j. santana, j,. johnson, t. hanson, j. jurrjens and m. cain for my starting 5.

how is it not similar?

3 40 HR guys in pujols, reynolds and manny

waaaaaay more speed than you.

better pitching. you might win batting average against that lineup but that's it.

almost 1,000 point difference in those 2 lineups according to cbs, i just looked them up

i took out heyward as he was your lowest OF since you have 4 of them for whatever reason (if guerrero has OF eligibility? Otherwise you have 2 DHs with Helton & Guerrero, taking one of those 2 out instead of heyward will put you farther behind)
