If Pineda's upside is Edwin Jackson, a career .500 pitcher who's looking to be on his 7th different team next season (at 28), the Yankees might have gotten screwed hard.

When I found out they got Pineda for just Montero I was shocked. Pineda can pitch. Seattle retarded IMO.

i will make any wager you want Pineda's ERA next year is over 4.35 AND Kuroda is over 4.75.

Kuroda 3.43 era @ home and 3.48 era on the road. Hes not an extreme fly ball pitcher aided by the west coast at night.

Pineda started out on fire last year for the first three months and then seemed to tail a little near the end. Amazingly though he had a higher homer rate at home than he did on the road.

These pitchers are not products of their parks, they are quality arms.

Now they dont have the luxury of facing Oakland, San Diego, San Francisco or last years Angels anymore thats for sure.
