Personally I think Teix is, but Youk in general deserves more respect than he gets.

Agreed. But there is something to say about intangibles and I think youk has it and cares more about playing the game.

But I have never followed texeira that close.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Youks is way more fun to say, but Tex is better overall by quite a bit I think.

you are right on with this.........watching him in Texas reminded me of "Jack Parkman" on Major League 2 lol.....guy was great player when there but he carried himself in a manner that showed he knew he was the shit and didn't really care to be a ranger.....i loved him on my team but he was a prick for the most part

LOL its not even a debate really. Youks is a nice player.....Texeira headed to the HOF at the rate hes going.

To think at the beginning of the decade when Tex & Eric Munson were rookies were having the rookie HR race.....Eric Munson LMAO. They still trying to make a catcher out of him somewhere?
