Wow. Now that is some crazy stuff. I can understand Southern Cal and Oregon, but the rest really gets strange. UCLA at +800 and both Cal and Stanford at +1000? I don't think so.

I thought Oregon at +250 was pretty high given the offseason suspensions. Arizona and Stanford both seem like they would be worth a shot.

Oregon +250 seems good but they do have to play USC, Cal, and Tenn on the road.

Masoli being dropped only helps this offense...trust me. Thomas should start, but even if it is Costa...its an improvement. Back to Back Pac10 Champs...at least before Texas gets in the mix.

The burnt orange coming up to Autzen...I can't wait.

at first glance its all about Oregon here, but Stanford looks like a nice long shot with Luck returning and another year under Harbough, who i think is an excellent coach.

just a first glance

Do not sell Oregon State short. They came within one game of winning the Pac 10 in the past two seasons, and they get USC, Cal, and Oregon at home. They hve the Rodgers Brothers returning. Get ready to start looking up tie-breaker rules for the Pac 10.

so cal out now....

UCLA suprisingly down to +350 for the conference....

lot of value to be had in this conference if you can get it right

And that is a huge "if". Here is what I do not understand. Uclelss is down to +350 to win the Pac 9. That is lower than any other Pac 9 team except the two Oregon schools. That very same book (The Greek) has Ucless's total win line at 6, Under -185. That is lower than both Arizona and Cal, who are at 7, over -300 in the case of Arizona, and over -170 in the case of Cal. Other books have Stanford at 7.5 Under -130, Washington at 6 even, and Ucless at 5.5, Under -120. Arizona and Washington are +500 to win the Pac 9 and Cal and Stanford are +800.

So the question seens to be this. Is this just a case of a book trying to rip off it's players, a bunch of stupid players that have no clue, or a combination of ingredients? Anyone taking Ucless at +350 should be seeking help immediately. And people wonder why players lose at an 85% clip.

I wouldnt bet on UCLA with your money.

I liked Oregon & Oregon St, but they are now both at +250 and i do not see value in that price for this conference right now.

The only team im not looking at is Stanford. They have a top QB and the best O-Line in the conference. The schedule is OK for them getting USC, Oregon St, & Arizona at home, while traveling to Oregon, Washington, Cal.

To me at 8-1 they are the only team worth a shot to me.
