After OU & OkSt the rest of the B12. The PAC12 after Washington the rest of the PAC. The whole B10 especially Wisconsin with its cheesy schedule. All three Conferences are glad they get to play each other.

Miami - I find it laughable they are in the preseason top 10. They were exposed at the end of last year/ACC championship. 4 of their wins were by single digits & could’ve went the other way. Richt still can’t win the “big game” and Rosier is an average at best QB. Even with their fairly easy schedule under 9.5 is very tempting

Is that not one of the main influences behind preseason rankings? #8 is way too high, hence their overrated.. As long as Rosier is starting I wouldn’t set your hopes too high sparky

Whatever you say Mr. Expert ... Might wanna get it through your head you are viewed as a punching bag around here with you opinions / thoughts.

No doubt Miami fell apart last year losing Ahmmon Richards, Mark Walton and Rosier was not healthy down the stretch. This year's team is head and shoulders above 2017.

You dumbass fsu fans might wanna think about being quiet, embarrassing program. Players stealing, beating women ... Hell you're coach couldn't even handle it and ran away.

Wrong.

Not much of a loss based on the depth chart. He's been a huge disappointment so far anyway.

Brevin Jordan and Will Mallory are studs and have been getting plenty of reps.

As much as I love my Auburn Tigers....We play the two best teams in the SEC on the road.

We play the top Pac 12 team in a neutral site (that we have lost the two games we played)

We lost 4 starters on the OL, top RB

How are we ranked 10th

The schedule alone kills us

We are an everyother year team at this point

This could be a long year for me

with that said

Really don't understand your logic on this one but can say I'm not shockedconsidering its you. Do you have any clue how bad Hurricane Irma impacted South Florida last year? I was without power in Broward County for almost 3 weeks and Miami was much worse.

After our opening cup cake against BCC on 9/2 we had our next game cancelled and the following game after postponed. The players were dismissed from all team practics ect.. While they went home to nothing but devestastion to there local homes where there parents or singles parents lived that were mostly destroyed. Our team was scattered across the entire state of Florida along with other states on East coast up to North Carolina helping family and friends recover. Football was basically non existent in entire month of September. Game 2 against Toledo was 3 weeks after opening season game 1 and that was almost cancelled because the team was finally together but they met up in Orlando to practice because they couldn't practice down here because of the conditions of practices fields and curfews across South FL.

Our team rallied but they didn'tsr look fresh many games, which was understandable since there entire routine was basically everything but a routine along with juggling classes and still helping family months into season recover,

As NYK mentioned, we are now without our #1 WR, #1 RB and were trying to break in a 1st year starting QB who was just beat up by now by mid season. We had no bye weeks because of Sept. A let down unfortunately was inevitable and you can see the team finally broke down after Pitt game. The season finally caught up and unfortunately lack of depth, key injuries, finally caught up and with no time to rest Clemson was waiting for us in the ACC championship game.

These are just the facts and not excuses that you clearly left out because your clueless.

We just locked up a top 5 class that was huge for some depth issues. We are loaded at RB, arguably best WR core in nation, Rosier with a full year of experience, OL should be solid this year, stacked in secondary and at LB. Biggest weakneśs is definitely going to be DL but for lack of experience not lack of talent, which is why a top 10 ranking is 100% deserved and not overrated.

One other thing about the defense of Miami. Manny is one of the best defensive coaches around and he gets more out of less than any coach I know. We were a better defense with him even with less talent at La. Tech

Between Miami and Texas and those that attack the opposite opinion it is easy to see the marks here

The thing that gets me with Miami is when they lose they are not even competing. I think last yeah they started out exceeding expectations then when they have expectations they fail to meet them. It's one of the things I hate about preseason polls.

Judging by polls only if Miami was considered 8th best team in any poll they have to be considered overrated. By the same thought I think LSU is better than number 25.

I have no problem with Miami being called overrated. They have terrible quarterback play and a horrible offensive line. Those are not traits of a good football team.

I still think they are heading in the right direction but it's hard to see that after 4 straight ugly losses dating back to last year.

With me it's more about the way they are losing that bothers me. They are letting games get out of hand quickly. overrated or under achieving are fair statements until they get some quality wins. JMO
