My 2012 Season Outlook

Here is a very early look at the 2012 Season, by conference:

ACC: Look for more of the same. Florida State and Va. Tech will once again the the favorites to win their divisions. Clemson will also be in the running. they host Va. Tech and travel to Florida State. I really do not expect much out of any other ACC team, though do not sell Ga. Tech short if they can get a little more out of their offense.

Big East: Does anyone even know who is going to be in this conference? It really does not matter. If West Virginia sticks areound, they win it. If not, anyone can win it. Look for another 3 or 4 loss team to get a free ride to a BCS game.

Big 10: It's the usual suspects with one exception. Replace ineligable Ohio State with Michigan. Throw in a little NEbraska, and Michigan State in the Legends, and Wisconsin in the leaders, and you have the makings of an exciting conference, but once again, a champion with 2 losses.

Big 12: TCU joins the fray, but we do not know about West Virginia at this time. Either way, Oklahoma will be the favorites, and maybe Odds On. Kansas State had an impressive run, but loses a lot on defense. Texas is, well Texas. It would be no surprise to see OU in the top 6 pre-season.

Pac 12: This may be the easiest Conference to break down. Oregon rules the North, and USC rules the South. Both teams meet in Los Angeles, and the winner will probably host the loser in the Conference Championship game. Washington could be a sleeper, but no one else should be a serious challenger to those two teams.

SEC: This may be the toughest Conference to figure out. In the East, Georgia should have it's way, playing a very soft schedule and returning a ton of starters, but they must travel to South Carolina. Still the East looks rather week, with the afore mentioned Gamecocks UGA's only real challenge. In the West, I like Arkansas if they can revamp their defense. They host both Alabama and LSU. 'Bama has a good team, but will lose a lot of starters and travel to Arkansas and LSU. LSU must improve their terrible offense.

Overall, look for the SEC and Pac 12 to dominate next season. Only Oklahoma has a chance to crash a top 6 dominated by the SEC (4 teams) and the Pac 12 (2 teams). Look for the Champions in the Pac 12 and SEC to meet in Miami for the BCS Championship, umless OU runs the table.

It'll be fun watching JYD revert back to BigDaddyQH now that So Cal is sporting a strong team next year. You're gonna hafta drop the bourbon and get liquored up on Chardonnay instead.

Actually I asked to go back to BDQH, but Jack said no. As far as the Chardonnay goes, that is my wifes drink. I still stick to the V.O. and the Crown Royal. My wife and I have a standing wager. If Georgia ever plays USC and USC wins, I get to spend $1000.00 any way I choose. If Georgia wins, I have to buy her an authentic UGA from the ranch that raises the Georgia Mascots. Maybe I'll ask about going back to BDQH again.

Mule, I said that the SEC East was going to be weak. UGA will be very good. South Carolina loses some kley players like WR Jeffrey. Florida has no offense. Kentucky, Tennessee, and Vandy are just terrible. The West is strong again, with the Big Three plus Auburn returning almost their entire defense and all of their skill players on offense.

The law of averages say all of these predictions will be right since everything you said this year has been 100% wrong.

You are welcome to your opinion, but the fact is that I have, and will continue to destroy you in College Football. Your knowledge is totally worthless in this field. Completely and totally worthless.

PAC 12 has 1 shot, whoever comes out victorious in USC/Oregon. Rest of the conference can via for the McDonald's McRib.net bowls

Florida > Georgia too

Tennessee is the team to watch in SEC East
