Bama has beat them in Louisiana before. Should be a great game. LSU won the first game to Bamas missed field goals. Not because they beat Bama up and down the field. Not to mention a BS interception call near the goal line. But with that being said , LSU did win the game.

True, c-boy, it was really because the Bama FG kicker sucked. A friend of mine pointed out a couple days ago that if Bama had made those kicks, there's nothing saying LSU wouldn't have responded differently and still won, though. And that's true, too. Say if Bama makes those FGs, then kicks off after each, and LSU returns two for TDs. So, really, who knows.

For me, just looking at the line, etc. for a couple weeks now, Bama seems like the right play here. Haven't pulled the trigger, yet, though.

Where I live, it's a heavy LSU fan base. Most don't want to hear about why Bama might win this game. If you're talking about taking Bama, you better keep your voice down around here.

Now really? Bama had one trip inside LSU's redzone. Let's not romanticize the past.

My apologies for cluttering your thread with smack, Chris. Had to share some knowledge.

Good luck.

Yes, I remember their FG kid sucking so bad that they brought in the punter, and he sucked, too. Then I think it was the FG kicker who missed again after that.

And you're right, Kartell, Les is the Drunken Master, and he is not to be trifled with.
