The #1 seeds spreads are low right?

Correct me if im wrong but usually arent 1 seeds favored by a lot more than this years? Here is what i have for 1 seeds... Cuse is - 19 against vermont... Kansas is - 26.5 against Lehigh which is the highest spread. And Kentucky is only 20.5 against E.Tenn. St. Duke line not out yet obviously. But Cuse and Kentucky seem low to me. Is this the year a 1 seed will lose to a 16

FYI,

#1 vs. #16

Average margin of victory over last 5 years is 24.7, but over last 3 years its been 32.6. Only 1 game in last 3 years was decided by less than 20 points(Pitt over E. Tenn St 72-62 last year)
