How does the NCAA allow a team to have 17 home games and 3 away games in a 20 game stretch? Fresno is close, far away teams are the only teams who fail ATS in Hawaii...Fresno rolls...and over.. Hawaii stinks on ice...just my 2 cents...Take it as you will..
