Best College program for Coaches to get a Bigger Job
This is a topic I have been thinking about for a while. My personal opinion is Xavier has to be up there the last three coaches are Skip Prossor who went on to Wake Forrest, Thad Motta now at Ohio St and Sean Miller now at Arizona.
I know Butler has been good but one of their old coaches just got canned at Iowa. VCU has been solid too as Jeff Capel is now at Oklahoma and Anthony Grant is now at Alabama. I have to give the edge to Xavier at this point though it is tough to compete with the 3 I gave.

southern illinois also with bruce weber and matt painter and probably more but those are 2 i can think of

So then Painter does not really count in my book. Just thinking about head coaches that went from one school and made a jump to a bigger one.
