I don't think it was intended but they do have server problems and have had them most of the morning. I would call them if they are your only out

No problem
We have experienced server problems at the worst possible times and there is nothing more frustrating so I feel for others when it happens. My guess is no one is more annoyed then them and hopefully it will be worked out shortly
