Committing as a Junior?

What are the advantages to committing to a college after your junior season if you are one of the top players in the country?

Until you actually sign on the dotted line does it even mean anything?

I would say one of the main advantages is that alot, not all of the other schools recruiting you would either ease up or not contact you at all

Allow you to enjoy your senior year without alot of the distractions recruitng brings with it.

dangerous to commit that early as you never know what is going to happen with that program from year to year.

coaching changes, players leaving..etc.....

if you can get out of your commit then fine, but i agree with gerk about the pressure being off!
