This doesn't surprise me. Tom Izzo recruited him back when he was in high school at Bay City Western, but he was such as punk he just got fed up w/ him. Got decent talent, but has always been a head-case. Thinks he's a gang-banger, but nothing but a poser.

The Orange will recover, Cuseman. I know this kid's background pretty well. He played in my conference in high school although I was long before his time. He's been a punk from day one.

Been following this for a while and here's what I know

About a month/6 weeks ago there was a late night off campus altercation with a female student, Dev, and his "posse". The female and Dev got into a verbal argument and she claims that he struck her and she called the police.

The police investigated the incident and did not have enough evidence to charge Dev and the case was handed over to the judiciary committee of SU. From what I have heard/read the girl may have been an "aquaitance" of Dev's in the past and may have been thrown to the curb and was pissed off about it and was retailiating with the charges but who knows.

Looks like the university has enough info to make this decision and the last thing they need is a cover up scandal involving a man hitting a woman.

Idiot

8 posts below lol

I don't know if he is going to appeal or not.

Honestly don't think its that big of a deal...

its a loss, and hurts depth/scoring but combine his reckless streetball style of play with JB's lack of coaching and really it can cost cuse games. They will prob be more disciplined without him imo
