I remember last year on Thursday I got my ass handed to me because every favorite covered. The whole first round the only dog that covered was VCU (they beat Duke). I did very well on Friday and adjusted my capping towards the favorites.

Keep in mind the dogs covered big time the year before.

rule of thumb is bet on dogs, it's independent every year though.

VCU beat Duke two years ago.

Must have gotten your ass handed to you for a different reason.

2007 the better seed was 36-24-2 ATS

2008 the better seed was 38-22 ATS

Favorites have covered over 60% of the games the last two years.
