strong lines IMO are lines that start at -6 and move up to -7, weak lines are lines that start at 5-6, and move down to 5.5/5/4.5
when line moves to -7, bet favourite when line moves to -5.5, bet underdog not saying I always follow this, but it is one thing I look at when capping
