Duke/UNC

Duke doesn't match up well with UNC. both meetings showed that. a crazy 2nd half run allowed duke to win the first matchup but carolina has blasted them for a game and a half so far. this continues on a neutral floor.

duke is a really good team but matches up terrible to UNC.

Have to look things over, but it's either going to be North Carolina or no play for me on this one tomorrow. I don't see this line exceeding anything beyond 3.5. I think the line will stabilize across the board at -3 Duke tomorrow.

No, I said "oh and it's Duke" meaning the public sees Duke as a small favorite and pounces on it....

Regardless of the public play or not....I do think this is a good spot for Duke, even if they don't match up well.

im a huge CAROLINA fan,but if they continue tomorrow to play like the last 2 games in the first half duke will win the game.CAROLINA must come out and play sound basketball,(which they have not the last 2 games) if they expect to win.its going to be hard for BARNES to step up like he did today again,so somebody is going to have to step in and play a huge role for CAROLINA tomorrow.i myself will probably not touch the game, but if i do i will probably go over the 145.5 posted as of now.

i really think this is more of a matchup thing than anything.

duke does not play zeller and henson well. duke is already at a disadvantage there. barnes is starting to heat and may be the best player on the floor(nolan smith should be the best player), marshall has been that enigma for this team and it seems like UNC gets alot of run out points against the dukies in both games. i just the plumlees and ryan kelly get too exposed in this matchup and UNC is one of the few teams with big men that actually cause duke too much trouble.

watching the first game at cameron, i really thought duke was going to smash UNC, i thought UNC guards would be exposed but as i watched more and more, it showed that UNC had too much of an advantage down low and dukes guards other than smith dont penetrate, they settle for that outside shot, barnes can shutdown singler too. then in the 2nd half of that game, seth curry didnt an older brother impersonation and went off. Took UNC in the rematch and it was easy.

so going into this game. UNC out of 4 halfs of basketball has taken it to duke for 3 of them and if not for seth curry going nuts in the 2nd half of the first game, you probably have UNC sweeping them. also while UNC hasnt played well, Clemson brings a more fast paced type of game that bothers UNC and clemson's bigs also are better than dukes. Remember that UNC came back by double digit leads, so if they get a half decent start, they should be good. I also look at who duke has player in maryland and vtech and they are setup for duke to beat and duke has trouble for a bit with maryland.

This Duke team can be had this year unless Kyrie Irving comes back for the tourney, which he might seeing as duke maybe not need him till the sweet 16 which give him 2 more weeks.

They will win their 2-15 game for sure. I'm not sure 7-10 game will have someone that will bother them.

Duke is a matchup team. They can beat 95% of the teams in college hoops but their is a certain type of makeup of a team that duke has issues with and UNC is one of them, not sure if they will see a similar type team in the round of 32

Love me some Duke tomorrow. Duke will get a lead and unlike the other teams, won't let North Carolina back into the game.

Duke by 10 pts tomorrow.
