Early pattern emerging so far...
I look for patterns, stats, and such. I'm not suggesting anybody make a play based upon this observation but incorporate it FWIW
BYU open -4, bet to -5, BYU cover OD open +4, bet to +2.5, OD cover R Morris open -19.5, bet to -16.5, RM cover Murray State open +4.5, bet to +2.5, Murray State cover Sam Houston open +12.5, bet to +10, SH cover so far 5 games decided and all 5 won ATS following the opening line movement to the close again, not suggesting this is a big deal or a trend that matters, yet but worth keeping an eye on as the day progresses. Normal Statistical odds of line movement correctly dictating the result in 5 bets: 1 in (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 2) = 1 in 32 chance, approx 3% |

wouldn't R Morris line movement suggest the opposite of the other 4?

R Morris was +19.5 bet down to +16.5, typo on my part, the movement predicted correctly
I am using covers for the open and the movement. It may not be 100% accurate but it at least is easy to follow. This is not scientific and i'm not interested in what the "sharp"opening lines were, just what covers says (all this is FYI) KState - shows open 15.5, close around same - no play St Mary's - line movement went against, first game that did not come through 5-1-1 so far. Seeing what lines have moved is as easy as can be guys, just look at covers i'm not posting the url as that is not allowed but mentioning where i get info i believe is Louisiana Tech, Texas and Montana are the two most obv ones coming up. again guys, DO NOT bet these only because of an early streak of 5 straight. I'll keep an eye on this and post at the end of the night so that we can see if it's outside the statistical norm. Use this as but one small element to consider. |

its going with the steam as an aside most will be surprised but its not up for debate if you look at the data the market as a whole is smarter than the books in other words it pays more to go with the steam vs rlm

by the way I go reverse line movement too, just making a point on the market as a whole
