First NCAA game of 2009

It's here, finally, the long wait is over. College Hoops gets started tonight and we have the early mis-match games.

I'm on UNC -17.5 for the first half. UNC should play their rotation for the most of the first half and that means that are strong inside. They should have plenty of dunks, layups, rebounds, and blocks. The high percentage shots inside combined with domination on the boards will give them the big time halftime lead.

With the height inside that UNC has, they should not be shooting many 3's tonight. Even if FIU goes zone, they should be able to move the ball and get inside looks.

For FIU- they have Isiah Thomas as a coach, and he sucks as a coach. not only that, but he doesn't have talent on his team. He does have some Juco transfers that could score in the JUCO league. I expect them to try and prove tonight why they never made it to Div. 1 until this year.

31 points for the game is a lot, but I think UNC can cover. However, I'm sticking with just the first half for now.
