My rating for strong plays is 10*-20* (1-2 dimes). So 5* is not a real strong play. Also, if I'm up for the week, I don't want to bet too much.

Betjm has Dayton -8.5 -130. Why do they do this instead of just lowering line? Does this indicate play on W Virg? Trying to sucker us in on Dayton.
