Horizon League is improving every year top to bottom. Not a crap conference anymore, IMO. There's money to be made in this league just like any other conf. w/ lined games.

i have no idea why they just dont line all ncaa d1 basketball games...what separates the likes of someone in the ohio valley conference and patriot or nec?
