Line Movement in CBB question

I just want some opinions from you guys. I have started to look alot at line movements following the move playing against the move just tracking some stuff. My question is this

When the consensus team is getting say 65% of the bets placed and they are -2 to start the day but the line moves in the opposite direction to say a pk....what is the best thing to do with that movement? Is it best to stay away from the game? Bet the move and take the dog? or best to bet the favorite? Any reasoning would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance mallers....

Nobody knows and anybody who tells you they do know is either lying or uninformed.

Even the people who are in the know don't even know for certain.

Just use the information the best way you know how and go from there.

It is an indefinite sceince, that being said. In the example the line movement is trying to entice bettors to place wagers on the favorite. Why I have not a clue. Ideally being the smart gambler you would want to place your money on the dog because the movement is trying to get your money on the favorite by trying to make it seem more of a value but in turn it is a sucker bet. I would stay clear because something stinks. But if you like a side take another look at your info and play your gut, system or your sense, whatever you normally play to make your money, just remember buyer beware. GL
