Have a $100 dollar wager with a guy I work with, overall winning % for tournament, Big East vs. Big Ten.

Big East 10-9, Big Ten 7-6 going into tonight. Been pretty close, I have the Big Ten and didn't think I stood a chance at the outset, but it is looking better and better.

Big East played each other twice, but by the looks of it that might of helped them.

Have to agree here, the way its going you will end up with the best team of the SEC, Big 12, Big East , and Big ten in the Final Four. Was never going to be more than 2 Big East teams in the Final Four at best anyway.

So where are the rest of them? The Big East has only matched up twice, where are the rest of the "good" teams. UCONN advancing doesn't do their depth justice at all. Just means the top half of the conference was overrated. UCONN is hot at the right time, doesn't mean the Big East had a deep, talented conference. Where are the top 5 teams from the Big East? Marquette beat Syracuse...looks good on Syracuse now. Louisville lost to Morehead St, Pitt lost to Butler, G'town to VCU.....it goes on and on.

who cares? in the end you will have the 9th best team in league play in a dog fight for a final four spot

where are the other 6 of 7 teams from the big ten?

I dont rep any conference that doesnt make me money

just pointing out most teams are gone at this point, so doesnt mean much

I guess if you were expecting deep runs from ALL the big east teams you would look foolish and surprised too

wasn't expecting deep runs from all of them. Just pointing out that two of eleven made the Sweet 16. I didn't tout the Big Ten either, OSU was the only legitimate team in the tournament IMO. UCONN got hot at the right time, they're a solid team...being that they are the 9th team from the Big East doesn't mean anything.
