Local line moves, however big, aren't as great an indicator as Vegas or offshore moves. That being said, I'd still rather play with my guy than against him. He drives a Maserati and I don't.

I definitely won some nice ones by flipping sides when my local surprised me with a line that was 2-3 pts different than I expected.
