These are teams that made the tourney this year, so North Carolina wouldn't be included

how does Duke lose money in Hoops? They sell out every game with a solid ticket price even though small gym and have to have a solid nike contract. I guess they are paying wojo to much to be assistant coach

Not really surprised about Minnesota. It is the only division 1 school in the state and a Big Ten school. Xavier is much more surprising. Small school with only about 7000 students.

Agree, Minny is also one of, if not the largest school in the country....that's a hell of a lot of fans to buy shirts and stuff...

Not real surprised about Duke, small school and all. BTW, unless you actually went there, most people can't stand the place!

Xavier has the largest catholic gym on campus in the country holds about 10,250 and there are about 7000 season ticket holders so it is sold out every game. The other thing is the student section only holds about 300 so there are a lot of paying people watching the games. I was an athlete there so I am well aware of the situation. The other thing is they do not pay their coach top rate and that is why they lost Sean Miller they could not pay what Arizona was offering. One other thing is they play a lot of games in the state of Ohio which is not flying for preseason.
