i'm going by the "colts cant stop the run" syndrome. Remember that 2 years ago? Everyone was saying that about them then they ran thru their competition and made it in the big game and won it all. Same thing with Memphis, all you heard through the tourney was you can't win without good fts shooting..now noone even mentions it. Memphis wins in a 2nd half route...forgot to add..gl rome.

I think this win took quite a bit out of the Jayhawks tonight. They were cruising along up by almost 30 when NC went on a 20 minute run making it a 4 point game with over 6 left to play before running out of gas. What an emotional roller coaster these kids just experienced, up by 28 in the first half, then weathering an NC run that cut the lead to 4 or 5 before regaining control and smashing the #1 team in the nation. I think as long as Memphis plays fundamentally sound ball and shoots 70+% from the line they'll be the 2008 National Champs.

What people seem to forget is that Memphis has lost one game this year. I think they are the best team out there.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

I think Kansas takes it, last few years in the tournement iv been getting burned by memphis as every time they played a good team they seemed to crack under pressure late in the game, i think the same thing will happen monday night.
