Had to get this in early....I don't care if the public pounds this or not. Purdue has no heart, leadership, or skilled players that will be able to shoulder enough of the load to keep them in the game. Robbie has not taken grasp of the "leader" role like I thought he would. He has quietly had a very disappointing senior season in my opinion. I absolutely do not see Purdue staying within 15 points. First off, I don't know how the hell we are shooting 43% on the season. Craft will shut down Jackson and pose dribble driving threats all night, Sullinger will destroy anyone we put on him, and Buford and Thomas are a major mis-match inside and outside. Collectively I think Ohio State is the best team in the nation on both ends of the floor. Ohio State's last 5 home games in the conference were wins by 15,24,17,31, and 33. You're telling me the worst FT shooting team in the Big10, 229th ranked rebounding team, and 202nd ranked shooting team will keep this within 15 points? Purdue's first half shooting has to be close to the 30% range. I've never seen a team stumble out of the starting gates like the Boilers do. That won't bode too well against the number one ranked defense in efficiency. I love Purdue as a whole but the basketball team is about to enter a blood bath on Tuesday night. My guess is that it will be something like 71-51 Ohio State.
