Noon with Big 10

Trying to pick the right side of one of these 2 early games- Mich St @ Minne and NW @ Penn St. Conf. games, I always like the home teams.

But I'm leaning Mich ST, and that goes against my gameplan. They are missing Roe in this game as well, so that's one less big body to go against Minne. Just feel unsure with State on the road.

So, I going to go with Penn St. -2.5 at home vs. NW. Penn St. usually plays well at home and hope they hit some free throws at the end to cover the game as well. Game is also on Nat'l TV, which doesn't happen too often for PSU, so that should give them a little extra motivation to play well for the State of PA.

Go Lions -2.5.

adding one more to the list for the nitecap. UNC -19 @ Nevada. Just don't see how Nevada can score enuf to keep this under the number. Nevada is most young kids, Fresh and Sophs. They should be pumped to play the game but will get deflated quickly as they try and keep up with the speed and athletic ability by Roy's Boys.
