Just got a raise from 289k to 450k with a 10 year deal and annual increases of 25k a year. With the success of the program the last couple years I say he does not stay past 2nd year of the deal.

Any thoughts?

I was shocked when i read that last night. $450k? I don't care how comfortable he is there, a 100% raise to coach at Iowa or the like and he'd bolt.
