i would drop 100 on state if i had an offshore account. They've been there and done that. Plus they are riding in on 3 straight wins. Great value in my opinion.

historically conference tournaments are always different...the teams you expect to do well leave early...and the tams that haven't done well all season are the ones that stick around

some say that's because the good teams are already in the NCAA tourney and don't want to risk getting players hurt or that the players aren't concerned with the conference tourney...i don't buy that though
