One Top play for Today!

(550) 3pm BYU -19.5 (-130).

BYU is at home for only the 7th time this season and open conference play against the Falcons, a team they beat at home last year 91-48 and 67-49 in Colorado Springs. I believe BYU will carry on that momentum from that huge win at UNLV and play inspired ball today. Fredette, Emery, Hartsock, and Davies will get their usual share but I look for Charles Abouo to make a big difference today utilizing his athleticism, as well as Stephen Rodgers from behind the 3 point arc. The crowd will be rowdy as students are now back on campus. The Marriot Center, which holds an impressive 22K+ seats is a nightmare for any overmatched team to play at..BYU has won its 6 home games by 27 Fresno, 6 Utah St, 49 Chicago St, 50 Miss Valley St, 21 UTEP, and 36 Fresno Pacific. Not the toughest home schedule by any means but they also beat Arizona and Hawaii by 22 and 21 respectively up in Salt Lake City, de facto home games. Air Force lost to the same UTEP squad by 17. Other games away from Colorado Springs for the Falcons were a 6 point win at Wofford and losses at Wright St by 15 and at N Arizona by 11. Air Force is truly overmatched here and the balance and consistency by BYU will equate to 30 point victory.

Take the Cougars..

Small plays:
Mizzu -4
ODU -5 (-130)

Thanks, BSU. Was looking at that one but was on the fence about playing it. Going to climb on board and follow you to the cashier's window.
