opinion on my dayton flyers

this line is at 5 for a reason. dayton has been on a roller-coaster ride the last two weeks. lost the last 3 in regualar season, shot lights out against umass and xavier to post wins. shot just good enough to beat a weak st. joe's team and completely ran out of gas against richmond sunday with their third game in three days. dayton ran the nit last year by running and jumping higher and faster than anyone else in the tourney. not this time though...they don't have the same horses as last year. dayton has shit for a bench and has struggled mightily at times. i just don't see the motivation factor being there. been there done that.

they spent last week in atlantic city all hopeful that they were going to make the necessary run they needed to get their ticket punched. came up short again. lots of pissed off alumni. dayton has all the facilities, the following, the legendary ud arena, history....just can't recruit and get the job done. rival xavier has been to sweet 16 3 of last 4 years. temple gets there, richmond gets there....fans are dying to see dayton make a run in the ncaa's but seem to be stuck in nit land and a bubble bid at best!
brian gregory's coaching is being questioned. chris wright is going nowhere but straight to europe. i think the flyers mail it in tonight. they got home sunday night and flew back out on monday. i will be laying the pts.
good luck whatever side you play!
